Your finished design will be emailed to you for final approval before your item is completed. Please note: Once you have approved your design, changes cannot be made after production has begun.
We guarantee all of our products and quality check every item before it leaves our facility. Please contact us with any concerns you may have upon receiving your item. We will gladly exchange personalized items that are damaged or defective for a replacement of the same product. Refunds are not available on personalized items.
